In short: Repetition isn’t the problem. Empty repetition is. A name repeated by a humble, attentive heart isn’t empty. CCC 2668
The answer, in writing
The Catechism says that when the holy name of Jesus is repeated often by a humbly attentive heart, the prayer is not lost in empty phrases. CCC 2668
The Church calls the Rosary “an epitome of the whole Gospel.” CCC 971
Jesus warned against babbling to impress God. The Rosary is the opposite: slow, quiet words that keep your hands busy while your heart walks through the life of Jesus.
