In short: Catholics agree every word of Scripture is inspired. The question is who you read it with. CCC 105

Church teaching

Catholics hold that God is the author of Sacred Scripture, written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. CCC 105

The Church also teaches that Tradition and Scripture are bound closely together and flow from the same divine source. CCC 80

So the Church does not draw her certainty about all revealed truths from Scripture alone. CCC 82

Catholics love the Bible every bit as much as Protestants do. The real question is how to read it faithfully, and the Catholic answer is: inside the community that carried it from the start.
