The answer, in writing

Church teaching

Jesus sends the apostles to baptize “in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” Matthew 28:19

The Church notes that He says “in the name,” not “names,” because there is only one God, in three Persons. CCC 233

The Church teaches that the Trinity is the central mystery of Christian faith, revealed by God Himself. CCC 234 CCC 237

Our words

The word “Trinity” isn’t in the Bible. The reality is everywhere in it: a Father who sends, a Son who saves, a Spirit who gives life.
