The Holy Spirit is one of the Persons of the Trinity, of one substance with the Father and the Son, worshipped and glorified with them. CCC 685
Not a force, not a feeling, not a vibe. Someone. The same Spirit who came at Pentecost is the one who prays in you when you don’t know what to say.
